The Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) was established after the upgradation of the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET) (established in 2011) in January 2016. The faculty is located inside the premises of Gomal University’s main campus located on Multan Road, Main Indus Highway, D.I. Khan. At present the faculty consists of only one department; Department of Electrical Engineering, with an aim to prepare young engineers and technologists who are fluent with state-of-the-art engineering and technology knowledge. FET at Gomal University is committed to providing high-quality education and research opportunities in various fields of engineering. With a strong focus on innovation, creativity, and practical skills, our faculty aims to produce graduates who are well-equipped to meet the challenges of the rapidly evolving technological landscape.<\/p>

Our mission is to provide a supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence, innovation, and research. We strive to produce graduates who are technically competent, professionally sound, and socially responsible.<\/p>

The academic programs are designed to build a strong foundation in the fundamentals of engineering and technology along with specialized courses to cover the breadth of the ever-expanding realm of engineering and technology. The faculty offers undergraduate and graduate programs in various disciplines including electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, biomedical engineering technology, computer engineering technology, and renewable energy technologies.<\/p>

The faculty members of the Department are highly qualified and are involved in active research, both locally and in collaboration with national and international research organizations focusing on areas that are relevant to the needs of the region and the country. We are committed to transforming our students into leaders in innovation and technology who can manage and shape the industry and businesses of today and tomorrow.<\/p>

Our faculty is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories, workshops, and computing facilities, providing students with hands-on experience and opportunities to work on real-world projects.<\/p>
