DLSE Phase-II is being launched by HEC from 1^st January 2023 under which license will be available free of cost to the students/faculty/staff of universities on First-Come-First Serve Basis and shall be valid until 30 June 2023.

1. Fill out the registration form by clicking here. (Registration form available in e-courses section)
2. The focal person of your university will verify your application. In case your application is not approved, please contact your focal person.
3. After verification, you will receive an invitation link from Coursera.
4. By clicking on the invitation link you will be redirected to the Coursera portal where you can create an account on Coursera (if not already created). (For learner guide instruction, click here)
5. After creating the account on HEC Coursera Portal, you can start enrolling in 6000+ courses, professional certificates, learning tracks and specializations.
6. Start Learning!
