Introduction
The Associate Degree in Education (ADE) is a 2-Year foundational teacher education program offered by the Institute of Education & Research (IER), Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan. Designed to meet the growing demand for professionally trained teachers at the elementary level, the ADE program provides students with essential knowledge, pedagogical skills, and ethical grounding necessary for effective teaching and learning in the 21st-century classroom.
