Introduction
Doctorate in Soil Science is postgraduate degree program, having pre- requisite of M.Sc. (H) in Soil Science. The students are being taught the advanced courses of Horticulture during the first two semesters, after which they have to conduct a Research work under the supervision of a supervisor, have to write a research thesis and then have to defend it in Public (Public defense) to get the Degree of PhD in Soil Science.

Entery Requirements
16 Years of Education, M.Sc. (Hons) in Soil Science, with minimum 45% marks, from an accredited institution.
