Mission

The mission of the department is to develop an awareness about environmental problems, their short and long term consequences, an attitude or community behavior towards Green Economy by reducing or recycling waste and the capacity building of local community of Dera Ismail Khan to cater the job sector in Environmental field at local and international level.

Objective:

The programs offered in this department may equip students for the employment in diversified fields with productive careers in federal, provincial and local government agencies, academia, ministry of climate change, environmental protection agencies, disaster management authorities, international NGOs like WHO, IUCN and WWF, institutes and corporations in the private sector, industry, consulting firms and many more.
