PhD Teacher Education program intends to prepare leadership, researchers and practitioners in the field of teacher education. The nature of this program is face to face and is composed of 24 total credit hours, maximum credit hours per semester are 9, total number of semesters are 6, course work duration is 18 weeks, research thesis credit hours are 6, and it has two weeks synopsis workshops as well.  Students synopsis are approved by the Board of Advance Studies and Research, (BASR). After the submission of thesis viva is conducted according to the external evaluation rules as prescribed in Gomal University rules and regulations. Assessment procedure of this program also assignment, midterm and final exam.
